April 2009

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Your test on the page Mahmoud Ahmadinejad worked, and has been removed. If you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing and its related help page for more information. Thank you. Kingpin13 (talk) 17:56, 1 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits to Hezbollah

[edit]

Greetings Alsoam! I recently reverted your additions to the Hezbollah article mostly because of the lack of notability and since it seems to be a mere accusation, unlike the bombings in Argentina. Also, the grammar didn't look so well, but that could have been easily fixed. Anyhow, if you would like to reinstate the info, I suggest you take it up on the talk page beforehand. It doesn't seem to controversial, but better to stay on the safe side. Cheers! --Al Ameer son (talk) 21:31, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

3RR warning

[edit]

Please refrain from repeatedly undoing other people's edits. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. The three-revert rule (3RR) prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, please discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. JRSP (talk) 21:03, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As an aside

[edit]

Please don't use words like "censorship" and vandalism for editorial differences. Beyond the fact that it's highly inappropriate, it just looks petty on your part. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 09:50, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Personal sandbox

[edit]

Hi, Alsoam. I noticed that you recently used the WP:sandbox to show me your proposed addition to the Hugo Chávez article. I thought you could find useful creating your personal sandbox. To do that, just type "user:Alsoam/sandbox" in the search box and create the new page. The good thing is that, unlike the general sandbox, other editors will almost never edit the pages you create in your user space so you can experiment without others bothering you. For details, you can check WP:USERSUBPAGE. Cheers and happy editing. JRSP (talk) 01:12, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
